In Brief
Which adults only hotel in Corfu should I book?
Domes Miramare, in the top €€€€ band, is the best all-round choice: it states a minimum age of 16, sits directly on Moraitika beach with marble steps into the sea, and is 19 km from the airport by its own figure. Paleokastritsa Palace is the best value, a four-star selling bed and breakfast or half board.
Key takeaways
- Strictest age: Mon Repos Palace in Corfu Town, 18 and over on its own homepage
- Lowest age: San Antonio Corfu Resort, whose booking engine takes guests from 15
- Five of the twelve publish no minimum age, so ask before you book if it matters
- Longest season: Mon Repos Palace, 1 April to 2 November

What the bands mean
These are bands, not prices. None of the twelve publishes a fixed nightly rate - every one sells through a live booking engine, and most close for the winter, so a rate quoted in October says nothing about July. Each band describes what the hotel is, read from its own website on 3 October 2026: its star rating where it states one, its board and its size. The live rate for your dates opens through the button on each card. One cost to check on any of them is the Climate Resilience Tax: Domes Miramare's own terms say its rates exclude it, at 15 euros per room per night from April to October.
- €
- small or town-edge hotels selling bed and breakfast, with a small beach of their own or none, priced in euros
- €€
- mid-sized hotels selling bed and breakfast or half board, without a beach of their own
- €€€
- full resorts and upmarket beach hotels with several pools, a spa or a beach club
- €€€€
- the five-star adults-only resorts, by their own description
The 12 hotels, and who each one is wrong for
Walking times are to the sea. Distances are the hotel's own figure wherever it publishes one. Where it does not, they are routed on foot through OpenStreetMap at 4.5 km/h from the hotel's own map pin to the nearest named beach, and labelled as a road route. Corfu's coast is mostly hillside, so how you get down matters as much as how far: a road crossing, steps and a cable car all appear below. Airport distances are road routes from the terminal unless the hotel gives its own.

Moraitika, south-east coast
Domes Miramare
€€€€Rated 4.6 out of 5 on Google Maps from 853 reviews, as of October 2026Best all-roundA beachfront five-star built by the Onassis family in the late 1960s, minimum age 16, with three restaurants, four pools and a private pier for its speedboat.
- Walk to the sea
- Lawn and marble steps straight down to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want the sea at the bottom of the lawn and a hotel that states its rules plainly: age 16, bed and breakfast rates, 19 km from the airport.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who needs a flexible booking. A deposit of two nights is due within 24 hours, and cancelling inside six days of arrival costs the whole stay.
- The catch
- The catch: The rates exclude the Climate Resilience Tax, which the hotel puts at 15 euros per room per night from April to October. It also accepts small and medium-sized pets, so adults-only here does not mean dog-free.

Agios Ioannis Peristeron, east coast
Nido, Mar-Bella Collection
€€€€Rated 4.8 out of 5 on Google Maps from 492 reviews, as of October 2026A five-star of suites only, every one with a sea view and most with a private pool or whirlpool, minimum age 16, open 30 April to 31 October.
- Walk to the sea
- Across the main road to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want a pool on their own terrace, with public buses stopping outside the hotel for trips into Corfu Town.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who wants to walk from the room onto the sand. The hotel's own FAQ says the beach is reached via the main road.
- The catch
- The catch: The shared pools are not heated, and the beach is not private by the hotel's own FAQ, although its booking page calls it private. Non-residents can also buy a 50 euro day pass to use the resort.

Agios Gordios, west coast
Ella Álkyna
€€€€Rated 4.1 out of 5 on Google Maps from 601 reviews, as of October 2026The former La Grotta Verde, rebuilt as an all-inclusive five-star for guests 16 and over, with 349 rooms, suites and villas, open 1 May to 31 October.
- Walk to the sea
- No published distance from the rooms to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want all-inclusive with a choice of restaurants, two of them with menus by Michelin star holders, and swim-up or private-pool rooms.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who wants to pay for a room and eat out in the village every night. This is sold as an all-inclusive resort.
- The catch
- The catch: It is big. At 349 rooms, suites and villas it is the largest adults-only resort on this page, and it publishes neither an airport distance nor a distance from the rooms to the beach.

Ermones, west coast
Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo Resort
€€€Rated 4.6 out of 5 on Google Maps from 1,120 reviews, as of October 2026A cliffside adults-only resort on 110 acres of pine above Ermones Beach, with rooms and suites (some with private pools), a cable car down the cliff and an indoor spa pool.
- Walk to the sea
- A cable car or the beach transfer down the cliff to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want woodland trails and a quiet bay rather than a resort strip, 25 minutes from the airport by the hotel's own figure.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who wants the house rules settled before booking. It publishes no minimum age, and its own pages disagree on whether it is all-inclusive.
- The catch
- The catch: The beach is below the resort, so every swim in the sea starts with the cable car or the transfer. The shuttle bus into Corfu Town costs extra.

Paleokastritsa, north-west coast
Paleokastritsa Palace
€€Rated 3.9 out of 5 on Google Maps from 1,326 reviews, as of October 2026Best valueA four-star adults-only hotel of 187 rooms on the cliffs above Paleokastritsa's bays, formerly Paleo ArtNouveau, selling bed and breakfast or half board.
- Walk to the sea
- 5 minutes, 357 m by road route to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want the Paleokastritsa coves and a four-star with half board, without paying for a five-star.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who wants Corfu Old Town in the evenings without a car. The hotel puts the old town at a 35-minute drive.
- The catch
- The catch: The cheapest category is a Double Room with Inland View, so the bay view costs a step up. The hotel does not publish a minimum age.

Peroulades, north-west tip
Cape Resort
€Rated 4.9 out of 5 on Google Maps from 60 reviews, as of October 2026Eight adults-only suites and studios run by a family that has hosted visitors in Peroulades since 1985, breakfast included, near Loggas Beach and Cape Drastis.
- Walk to the sea
- 11 minutes, 788 m on foot to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want a small, owner-run base for the north-west cliffs and sunset beaches.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who wants a full-service resort. The hotel says so itself, under the line Not a Hotel, and it has only eight units.
- The catch
- The catch: It is the furthest hotel here from the airport, 40.4 km by road route, and it publishes neither a minimum age nor its opening dates.

Acharavi, north coast
Mr & Mrs White Corfu
€€Rated 4.1 out of 5 on Google Maps from 219 reviews, as of October 2026A 38-room couples' hotel in Acharavi with one pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, 600 m from an 8 km beach, taking guests from 16.
- Walk to the sea
- 600 m by the hotel's figure to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want a smaller, calmer hotel on the north coast and are happy to stroll to a long beach.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone travelling in late October. It operates from 17 May to 15 October, the shortest season on this page.
- The catch
- The catch: The hotel describes its rooms as garden-view, there is one pool for 38 rooms, and it is 35 km from the airport by its own figure.

Kalami, north-east coast
San Antonio Corfu Resort
€€€Rated 4.6 out of 5 on Google Maps from 957 reviews, as of October 2026A seafront adults-only resort in Kalami Bay with two pools, two pool bars, a beach club and suites with outdoor jacuzzis, open 28 April to 28 October.
- Walk to the sea
- Seafront, with its own beach club as the last step to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want a small bay rather than a resort strip, with a beach club on the shore and the village the Durrell family chose as their home.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who reads adults only as 18 and over. Its booking engine accepts guests from 15, the lowest age on this page.
- The catch
- The catch: Its restaurants are open to evening visitors as well as residents, and it is 32.6 km from the airport by road route.

Nissaki, north-east coast
Atlantica Nissaki Beach
€€€Rated 4.2 out of 5 on Google Maps from 1,121 reviews, as of October 2026An all-inclusive adults-only hotel on a pebble cove at Nissaki, with swim-up suites, private-pool rooms and a spa.
- Walk to the sea
- 0 m on paper, but down steps to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want all-inclusive on the quieter north-east coast, with a swim-up suite as the alternative to the sea.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone with limited mobility. The hotel's co-brand website says the beach is reached by steps and may be challenging.
- The catch
- The catch: The brand's two websites disagree. One puts the airport 20 minutes away and promises a walk straight onto the beach; the other says a 60-minute transfer and steps down to a small pebble bay where bathing shoes are recommended. The road route is 28.3 km.

Anemomylos, Corfu Town
Mon Repos Palace
€€Rated 4.2 out of 5 on Google Maps from 1,253 reviews, as of October 2026An art hotel on Garitsa Bay with the strictest age on this page, 18 and over, selling bed and breakfast or half board from 1 April to 2 November.
- Walk to the sea
- About 20 m by the hotel's figure to the sea
- Right for
- Couples who want Corfu Town on foot, a bistro with live music, and the certainty that every other guest is an adult.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone who wants a resort beach. The beach beside it is public, and the sunbeds there are paid for on the spot.
- The catch
- The catch: It is a town hotel with a pool, not a beach resort, and the walk to Liston in the old town is 27 minutes by road route, although the hotel calls the centre 1 km away.

Corfu Town, by the port
Corfu Mare Boutique Hotel
€Rated 4.5 out of 5 on Google Maps from 664 reviews, as of October 2026A 51-room boutique hotel 650 m from the port, a member of Eco Hotels of the World, with a jacuzzi pool; its booking engine takes guests 18 and over.
- Walk to the sea
- Not walkable: a 20-minute drive to the sea
- Right for
- Adults with an early ferry or flight who want a quiet night near the port. The hotel puts the airport 3 km away.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Anyone booking Corfu for the beach. The nearest beach the hotel names is Dassia, a 20-minute drive.
- The catch
- The catch: It is adults-only for the summer, in its own words, not all year. Its two websites also disagree on the distance to town, 1.5 km on one and 2.5 km on the other; the road route to Liston is 2.9 km.

Perama, east coast
Pontikonisi Hotel & Suites
€Rated 4.2 out of 5 on Google Maps from 1,090 reviews, as of October 2026A small adults-only hotel in Perama with a private beach, an outdoor pool, a roof garden bar and every room type facing Mouse Island.
- Walk to the sea
- Via its own private hotel beach to the sea
- Right for
- Couples on a budget who want a sea view, a private beach and the number 6 bus into Corfu Town.
- Wrong for
- Wrong for: Light sleepers. The hotel advertises plane spotting, because aircraft land and take off in front of it.
- The catch
- The catch: Aircraft noise comes with the view, the hotel publishes no minimum age, and its own pages give two distances to town, 6 km and 7 km.
Where not to book in Corfu
The trap on Corfu is the label, not a district. Hotels sold as adult friendly or adults-friendly are not adults-only: Rodostamo in Kommeno welcomes guests from 12, and Avali, Nido's sister hotel in Agios Ioannis Peristeron, takes children from 6. Corfu Mare is adults-only for the summer only, so check your dates. Five hotels on this page publish no minimum age at all, so if 18 and over matters to you, ask before you book. And Perama sits on the airport approach: Pontikonisi Hotel advertises the plane spotting, so light sleepers should look elsewhere.
When to book
Book around the season dates before you book around price, because every hotel here that publishes dates is seasonal. Mon Repos Palace runs 1 April to 2 November, Nido and Ella Álkyna to 31 October, San Antonio 28 April to 28 October, and Mr & Mrs White only 17 May to 15 October. Pools matter at the edges too: Domes Miramare heats its outdoor pools only until 3 June and again from 1 to 11 October, and Nido does not heat its pools at all. For a May or late-October trip, check the dates and the pool first.
